I am a general manager of urban plaing, urban development, architecture, and conducting urban studies, urban plaing and urban development with more than 20 years of practical and managerial experience. I also have strong experience in the fields of teaching, urban social management (as a member and chairman of the city council), urban management, urban administrative and technical management (as a mayor, head of the urban development department), director of studies and design of long-term urban plans (comprehensive Or Master urban plans and detailed urban plans), conducting studies of case projects for the design and construction of urban areas and neighborhoods, project manager in several fields of urban plaing, urban development, urban design, locating urban land uses, conducting land separation (designing urban areas, neighborhoods and neighborhood units), designing urban transportation systems and roads, plaing informal settlement areas and neighborhoods, organizing urban slums.

By participating in the elections of the City Council (about 120000 people) of Kot Abdullah in 2013 and being elected by the people of this city for a four-year term, I have carried out the following activities:

My responsibilities included supervising the performance of various departments in Karoon County and following up on public requests in various urban areas, including development activities, services, green spaces, health and treatment, active participation in administrative meetings, and coordination between departments providing services to citizens.

I was responsible for the comprehensive and detailed urban plan, urban development operations, architecture, technology and urban development. I was responsible for compiling and communicating urban development and architecture regulations, preparing and approving the urban property and land division plan, determining urban use, determining the width of Khorramshahr streets, and managing, coordinating and supervising the managers of the two Regions Khorramshahr municipalities. I was responsible for coordinating between the two regions of Khorramshahr municipality. I was responsible for coordinating between the Arvand Free Zone (within which Khorramshahr city is located) and Khorramshahr municipality in the field of urban development and architecture on behalf of the mayor of Khorramshahr.

Among my duties and activities as the director of the urban development area of ​​District 4 of the Ahwaz Metropolitan Municipality were the management of the area and buildings, issuing orders to prepare land and building maps and building construction projects within the boundaries of District 4 of the Ahwaz Metropolitan Municipality, determining the type and type of use of urban lands, and the rules and regulations related to citizens, owners, and builders of land and buildings in District 4 of the Ahwaz Metropolitan Municipality.

I was responsible for the implementation of the comprehensive plan and detailed urban plan, urban case projects, urban development operations, architecture, technical, financial, economic, urban development, responsible for operations, engineering, repair and maintenance of urban facilities, urban services, maintenance and development of green spaces, urban development.

I managed multidisciplinary teams consisting of engineers, operators and contractors, assets and daily operations, as well as being responsible for the implementation of short-term, medium-term and long-term projects of the city's development and expansion plans.
